TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. King Solomon Anilao is an exclusive property for rent comparable to that of AirBnB leased spaces. Thus, guests are expected to stay with independence. Caretakers are for assistance and will not act as personal servers to clients. 
2. The chosen quantity of service is provided per night of stay. If you want service to be provided for each overnight stay, please enter the total number of nights in the quantity field.
3. Children two years old and below are free of charge. Maximum of 4 for 4 rooms, 6 for 6 rooms.
4. Payment of PHP 500 pesos per pax begins when the selected package’s limit is exceeded. (Package A has an 8-pax limit, Package B has a 16-pax limit, and Package C has a 24-pax limit.)
5. Toilet tissue rolls and two towels per room are provided.
6. Basic dining ware and utensils will be provided according to the number of rooms availed.
7. Basic kitchenware to reheat food and cook simple dishes are available. Electric stove, water dispenser for hot and cold, 2 refrigerators (full freezer and regular ref) are there for quick, easy kitchen needs.
8. To bring cooked or easy to cook food for your convenience is encouraged.
9. Cooking service fee is exclusive of other kitchen and dining services such as table setting, dishwashing and the likes. It only includes three basic dishes (ex. Nilaga, Adobo, Sinigang and the likes). For special dishes, additional charges may apply
   
10. Drinking water, sponge, dishwashing liquid, charcoal are for sale at the resort.
11. Market Fee pertains to single purchasing of random needs outside of the resort.
12. Bonfire is subject to availability.
13. Refunds are not accommodated. Sale is always considered final.
14. Rescheduling is accommodated at least a week before the stay but is subject to availability.
15. The client will compensate King Solomon Anilao for any damaged property as necessary.
16. Transactions are made via online bank and other digital payment platforms. We are purely cashless.
